It doesn’t matter if your motorhome is new or used, or whether you purchased it from a dealership or a private-party seller or dealer. Southeast Financial offers motorhome extended warranty as well as extended warranties for travel trailers, horse trailers with living quarters, campers, and many other RVs or recreational vehicles. If you have a service contract with us, you won’t be slowed down for long by mechanical breakdowns. If you financed your purchase with us, you can even conveniently combine your warranty payments with your monthly loan payments.

There are many things that can go wrong with a modern motorhome, and the cost of repairs can be very expensive. Our motorhome warranties are designed to cover these increasingly complex repairs so you can get back on the road in no time, with flexible terms ranging from 1 to 7 years and a convenient $100 deductible per shop visit. We also offer optional coverage, so you can tailor your motorhome extended warranty to suit your lifestyle.

**We use the term “extended warranty” to describe this product because that is what most consumers know, versus a “service contract.” Manufacturers or sellers offer warranties backing the original workmanship and quality of the manufactured item(s). As a third party company, Southeast Financial offers an “extended service contract” which provides protection from mechanical failure beyond what a manufacturer’s warranty provides.

Finance Options For Warranty Available

Affordable and convenient finance options are available so you do not have to pay the entire cost of coverage up front. A warranty specialist will gladly go over these options with you!

Towing Reimbursement

In the event towing is required because of a breakdown of a covered component, towing costs not payable by insurance will be covered up to $350.00

Car Rental Allowance

In the event of a mechanical breakdown of a covered component you may be eligible for substitute transportation reimbursement. Such expense shall be limited to actual per day cost up to $35.00 per day, a 10 day maximum, not to exceed $350.00 per occurrence. To qualify for the first day’s reimbursement, the covered vehicle must be retained by the repairing facility overnight and the covered repair must exceed a minimum of four (4) hours labor, as defined in the current year’s manufacturer’s or accredited flat rate repair manuals. An additional day will be reimbursed for each additional eight (8) hours labor. The substitute vehicle must be rented from the repair facility, or from a licensed rental agency. Reimbursement of substitute transportation shall not continue beyond the day on which the repairs are completed and the customer is notified of completion. Rental receipts are required for reimbursement.

Lodging

If you are more than one hundred (100) miles from home and repair to a covered component requires eight (8) hours of labor (must be an overnight repair), you may be eligible for lodging reimbursement, not to exceed $60.00 per night, a four (4) night maximum and no more than $240.00 per occurrence. SERVICE CALLS Only in the event of a breakdown of a covered component and in addition to the normal parts and labor charges, you are eligible to be reimbursed up to $75.00 per occurrence for covered repairs.

If you buy a motorhome from a dealership, it’s recommended that you return to them if possible. If that is not an option, you can go to any licensed dealer or repair facility in the US or Canada. If you need assistance in locating a repair facility, our customer service agents are available to help!

Starting claims is easy. At the time when you’ve chosen a repair facility, have them contact the toll free number on your warranty card and the problem will be in the responsibility of the warranty company. Once they’ve authorized the repair facility and have found out the problem with your motorhome, they can also authorize the facility to start work right away. Important note: In the instance that your RV or RVs are still under manufacturer warranty, then it must be returned to a manufacturer authorized dealer.

You don’t have to pay anything out of pocket other than your deductible. The warranty company will pay the repair facility directly by Corporate Credit Card. Payment can be made by check if requested. If the repair facility requires you to pay them personally for the repairs, you will be reimbursed by check within a month or thirty days of receipt claim documents.
